Every infrastructure org has a layer of tribal knowledge that lives in senior engineers' heads — which cluster to check first, which signal matters in which incident class, which TSG step is actually load-bearing. The opportunity isn't replacing that knowledge with AI. It's encoding it so AI can apply it.
